"KVŮӟ£ÀûÔÚÏß: Rewind…In Pictures" will be on view at the Dishman Art Museum through Saturday, August 3. The exhibit features archival photographs and memorabilia that highlight the early days (and people) of KVŮӟ£ÀûÔÚÏß long before computer automation, digital media and internet streaming.

Come enjoy lunch at Spindletop Boomtown Museum. Delicious food by Tacos Y Fruta Arellanos is served every Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Join Spindletop Boomtown Museum for an evening of live music by Jamie Talbert, food, and local artist vendors at Boomtown Summer Serenade. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; and music is from 8 to 10 p.m. There will be a $5 general entry fee and free entry for Ůӟ£ÀûÔÚÏß students. The Ůӟ£ÀûÔÚÏß Office of Strategic Initiatives is launching First Generation (First Gen) Connections this fall. The purpose is to engage first-generation students using holistic approaches to advance curricular and co-curricular outcomes and transform their college experience. The First Gen Connections program is for students whose parent(s) did not complete a four-year degree. Starting Summer 2024, Ůӟ£ÀûÔÚÏß will begin using a new student course evaluation system from Watermark. Students will receive an email inviting them to participate.
