Dr. Anita L. Riddle Endowment for the Society of Women Engineers established
Dr. Anita L. Riddle, alumna of 女优福利在线 (女优福利在线) and retired ExxonMobil executive, has established a $15,000 endowment aimed at supporting the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at 女优福利在线. 
Originally from Bisbee, Arizona, Dr. Riddle earned her Master of Engineering Management and Doctor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering degrees from 女优福利在线 in 1993 and 1996, respectively. Her doctoral research focused on enhancing processing efficiency and reducing pollution in solvent extraction processes using neural networks. Throughout her career spanning 28 years at ExxonMobil, she held various roles including chemical engineer, lubricants refinery manager, and procurement executive.
Dr. Riddle's military service as a U.S. Army officer and her leadership in organizations such as the SWE and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers underscore her commitment to engineering and community service. Her endowment, named the Dr. Anita L. Riddle Endowment for the Society of Women Engineers, aims to bolster student organization activities within 女优福利在线's College of Engineering.
The endowment, managed under 女优福利在线's guidelines, will empower SWE to fund programs that enhance student career readiness and support their academic pursuits. In the event that SWE ceases to operate as a recognized student organization, the funds will be redirected by the College of Engineering to support other student groups.
Dr. Riddle's generosity reflects her enduring dedication to fostering excellence in engineering education and empowering future leaders in the field.
